What is Bundled Bills?
Bundled Bills is a student-focused utility management company that consolidates all household bills into a single, fixed monthly payment. Our service is designed to simplify the management of utilities for shared student accommodation and housing.
What services are included?
Bundled Bills provides fully managed household utility packages. Standard packages typically include:
- Gas and electricity supply
- Water (optional)
- High-speed broadband (optional)
- TV licence (optional)
Who does Bundled Bills work with?
We work directly with student households across the UK. Our clients are primarily students living in shared rented accommodation and housing.
How do payments work?
Payments are made monthly per household, covering all agreed utilities. The total amount can either be paid by a nominated lead tenant on behalf of the household or split equally between all named tenants – whichever you prefer.
When do payments commence?
Payments begin on the tenancy start date or the date specified within the service agreement. Bundled Bills will ensure all utilities are active from the commencement of the tenancy.
Are there any upfront or hidden costs?
No. All costs are clearly outlined in the service agreement prior to signing. Bundled Bills does not charge setup fees or security deposits. The monthly payment amount agreed at the start of the contract remains fixed for the duration of the term, unless otherwise specified under the fair usage policy.
What happens if one tenant leaves the property?
If a tenant vacates the property, the overall household payment remains the same. Responsibility for the full monthly payment continues to lie with the household collectively, as outlined in the service agreement.
Do prices ever change mid-contract?
No. Once agreed, your price is fixed for the duration of the contract, except in circumstances defined under the fair usage policy or other exceptional circumstances as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Who arranges the utilities?
Bundled Bills will handle the full setup of all utilities with the relevant suppliers, including meter registration, broadband installation, and account management. Students are not required to contact individual suppliers directly.
How long does setup take?
Utilities are typically arranged in advance of your tenancy start date to ensure all services are active upon move-in. Any delays caused by third-party suppliers will be communicated in advance.
What if there is a service issue?
Bundled Bills will act as your single point of contact for all utility-related issues. We liaise directly with suppliers to resolve matters as efficiently as possible and provide updates throughout the process.
What happens at the end of the tenancy?
At the conclusion of your tenancy, Bundled Bills will close all utility accounts, arrange final meter readings, and issue a closing statement. Any final adjustments or credits will be applied as per the Terms & Conditions.
Can students renew their service for another year?
Yes. Students remaining in the same property or moving to a new one can renew their Bundled Bills package. Renewal offers may include loyalty discounts or referral benefits.
Is Bundled Bills a registered company?
Yes. Bundled Bills is a registered company in England and Wales with its registered office located in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
How is personal data handled?
Bundled Bills complies fully with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is not shared with third parties without consent except where required for service delivery.
Are the Terms & Conditions legally binding?
Yes. Upon signing a service agreement with Bundled Bills, all parties are legally bound by the Terms & Conditions provided at the time of signing.
